Does Franchesco’s offer gluten-free pasta, pizza or allergy-friendly options?
Yes! We take food allergies seriously. We offer premium gluten-free pasta substitutions for almost all of our signature pasta dishes, including our traditional marinara and meat sauces. We also feature a dedicated gluten-free pizza crust option for our artisan pizzas. Many of our signature chicken, steak, and seafood entrees can be prepared gluten-free upon request. Please inform your server of any dietary restrictions when ordering so our kitchen can take extra care.

Yes, we offer several vegetarian-friendly Italian classics, including our eggplant parmigiana, house salads, and customizable pasta dishes. Vegan modifications (such as olive-oil-based sauces with fresh garden vegetables) can easily be crafted by our chef upon request.
How does your kitchen handle severe food allergies (celiac, nuts, dairy)?
We take cross-contamination and food safety very seriously. While Franchesco’s is not a 100% gluten-free environment, our culinary team uses separate pans, clean utensils, and dedicated prep areas when an allergy alert is issued to the kitchen. Please inform management or your server of any severe celiac disease, nut allergies, or dairy intolerances before your meal begins.
Are your premium steaks and fresh seafood selections gluten-free?
The vast majority of our hand-cut USDA Prime steaks and fresh seafood selections (such as our pan-seared Chilean sea bass) are naturally gluten-free when prepared grilled or seared. We ensure that standard marinades or seasonings containing gluten are omitted or substituted for allergy-sensitive guests.
